Tarriffs

This house sleeps 6 people.

Minimum night stay:
• Off peak: minimum stay 2 nights
• Peak period: minimum stay 3 nights
• Easter: minimum stay 3 nights
• Christmas: minimum stay 4 nights

Booking Confirmation:
Payments must be made by direct deposit. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

Tariffs:
Rates are in Australian dollars and are per couple per night
• Off Peak: $250.00 per couple per night
• Peak: $300.00 per couple per night
• $25 per night for each additional person
• Children under 12 free
• Book 4 or more nights and receive one night free

Check In and Check Out Times:
Check in time is from 2.00pm
Check out time is by 10.00am

Cancellations and Refunds:
• The deposit is refundable, less an administration fee of AUD $50.00 if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the arrival date, payment of the total booking is required. If KarriMist is able to rebook the reserved dates a refund is available for any dates re booked less the administration fee of $50.00.

Change of Dates:
• Changes to reservations can be made free of charge provided KarriMist is notified 30 days before the original arrival date and is subject to availability. Any change to reservations within 30 days of the original arrival date is considered a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.

Pets:
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
